40 days changed of mind policy

Our policy is valid for 40 days from the day of dispatch. 

To be eligible for a return because you changed your mind, your item must be unused, undamaged and the same condition  that you received it.

You must also include:

  • All packaging such as boxes, bags and tags
  • Accessories such as cords and remotes
  • Certificates, manuals and warranty cards
  • "Free gifts" or bonus items
  • All items included in a bundle

If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damage or there is missing parts, we only provide partial refund. 

To complete your return, we require a  receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item directly to us.  Return shipping fee reimbursement is AU$10 per kg the weight of the item. If the item weight below 1kg, it will rounded up.

 

3 days product guarantee

If the items damage during transportation, please contact us with 3 days of the arrival.

Please take a photo the front, the back of the package and the defective item then attached it when you lodge a return as a proof. It necessary to include the description of the problem or demonstrate the problem using video.

We will cover 50% of the return shipping fee which is AU$5 per kg the weight of the item. If the item weight below 1kg, it will rounded up.

You need to get approval from our customer service before you send the item to us. 

 

Sale Item (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale item cannot be return for the full retail price. If you purchase item on sale, we only refund for the purchase price.
